A thousand thanks man! Sorry you were not able to finish the game, in fact, I never finished it myself lol 🤣I mean the AI is just glitched on purpose, so, don't worry 👌 Cheers!
This was a great game. I really enjoyed it. Wasn't too easy but wasn't too difficult. Got anymore games like this? Or just more great games in general?
Huge thanks for playing this, I really appreciate the feedback. This was just a small project really. If you would be interested, you can check out my new release "Shunned", just more atmospheric and fun to play. Cheers!
You are too kind. I have no match for the talent like you, but I try to entertain some folks. Trust me, this one is not really a big game, more of a Jam project. If you want to check out my games, I would suggest Mote and Ascendance, those ones are somewhat okay games. Thank you for the comment Mike.
I had a great time playing, the setting is very good and apparently I have acquired a new color phobia, good game! Game Complete Here No Deaths | Juego completo Aqui Sin Morir 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇
This game is fucking crazy, the environment it puts you in makes you suffer every second of gameplay, from the background sounds to not knowing what you might find when you turn every corner, 10/10 recommended
That was a lot more fun than i expected. He's quiet a nuisance but it's definitely beatable once you figure out where everything is. Great job, dude! Thanks for the fun!
Thanks yeah I really enjoyed sorry for the late response I been busy with work and i really appreciate u watching the video thanks very much for the wonderful comment and I really enjoyed the game can’t wait for more! 😇👍🏾💯
I think this game would be significantly better if the ai for the primary color man was tweaked,
Sometimes I would respawn and immediately be killed and many times I was put in a situation where I had no choice but to let him kill me. Overall for a game made in a short period I see what was trying to be executed and I can appreciate that.
I had no idea there was a game jam dedicated to PCM, that's pretty cool. As for this game, it's a standard maze game where you collect items and find the exit. I don't think there is an issue with the difficulty being too high. If anything, once you understand how PCM works you can go the entire round without even seeing him.
I don't really know how I would improve a game like this, as there isn't really enough source material to go off of. According to the PCM Game Jam, the entire point of this game jam is to CREATE the backstory / lore of PCM so my feedback is really only limited to the gameplay.
Personally, I'm not a fan of maze games at all. This game was suggested by a viewer so I'm happy to play it for them, but otherwise, I just don't think maze games are very interesting. Perhaps a more narrative focus could have been more fitting for PCM but I understand that may be a bit out of your scope of skills if you're a beginner.
First of all, I do wish I was a beginner, but I am not. I have been doing game development for a while and created many narrative driven games, most of them having original story, script and background, some of them have just atmosphere and lore without any "cliché" pop-ups, which is why, this "not a game" experimental prototype was a silly try out to see if players would grab onto the eeriness and mysteriousness of the character and at the same time the silliness and just illogical set-up...and I guess they did.
The entire point of the jam was to showcase the unique set of the lore, which is briefly seen in the analog horror video, created by Adam, who is the artist behind Primary Color Man and once again, for the jam, as it is just being developed, it was an experiment to see if it does work. This was not made to be a story driven, "Amnesia"/"Silent Hill" like game. I don't think Slender had that popularity with the lore either, only after people kept looking at creepypasta, which the game was based on and after the "Eight Pages" they have published "Arrival", which was pretty decent and it did bring more to the table. Basically, for the Primary Color Man this is more of a subjective look at the character.
To be honest, I am not a fan of maze games either. I am also not fan of P.T. clones, Backrooms lore and many others, but for some reason, as you said in the video - "there are million good games", but somehow my crappy, half baked try out works better than others. And trust me, I am not super happy about it. Rather shocked to be in this situation.
If you look at my portfolio I have some published some alright and some decent games, but nobody cares about those games, which points to the narrative that I do understand you more than you might think. And I fully acknowledge all the flaws the game has, I do realize what the game is, I am fully self aware. Just throwing this out there.
Huge thanks for playing the game and showcasing it. I really appreciate the most objective feedback I've got and I fully agree with it. I do wish we had a platform to talk about it more, but maybe some other time. Good day to you.
Listen, I really enjoy these types of conversations and I apologize for incorrectly assuming your skill level as a developer. If you'd ever like to reach out and have a discussion over anything, I'm more than happy to share some words! At the end of the day, your game has accomplished things that mine haven't so clearly there are valuable things we can learn from each other.
I apologize for anything that I may have said within the contents of the video that may have 'missed the mark' so to speak.
It was pretty fun to play this, the style of the game is so cool (just like a colorful maze) and also you can spend short or long time playing it, congrats for this random game!!
I got this recommended to me and it was an absolute blast! I love how original and the concept of the entire game. Super great and refreshing thank you for making this masterpiece!
Loving that background and thumbnail! Thanks for playing this, I truly appreciate all that time and effort you put into completing this and I deeply apologize for your soul. I hope Primary Color Man gets it next time. Cheers!
Game's really fun and I really like the concept of the color man. Though it's hard to tell how fast it is since it loves to do sudden burst of speed. Other then that, nice game.
I love the concept of Primary Color Man! I think for the game, it does a really good job of audio design as you can hear which directions he's in. I do wish we had a very short sprint meter, just to break his line of sight a little easier with how fast he is. However, this was a VERY enjoyable experience! SUPER SCARY
Really happy to see your playthrough, just watched and it was truly fun, thanks and much appreciation towards you man. I did leave a comment on your video, but I forgot to mention about the sprinting. So, I decided to leave out the sprint because the space itself was not big and you had many corners to just stay put and hide behind, the other reason being that sprint could have caused more confusion, because the set up of the environment. Once again thanks for the feedback, cheers!
Thanks a lot for playing my game. Watched the video, liked it, it was fun and positive and really appreciate the feedback. I do wish you the best and keep on doing amazing content. Cheers!
REALLY want to play, but for some reason running terribly on my rig, lemme know when there's an update? Tried both rar, and zip versions. Running a Ryzen 5 3600, and RTX3070 see no reason for this. Super odd, and I'm bummed because I loved that analog horror vibe you got out there!
Thanks for the comment about tech difficulties. I looked back at both files and the game has been played by more than 3500 people based on analytics, no one had an issue with it. It's very unfortunate.
I might be updating the game, but that won't be system update rather more contetn update. I do apologize.
Edit: And the analog video was not made by me, as stated on the page.
I just checked with my close friend, who works with Unity and the current game engine I am using, which is Copper Cube 6 has the capacity to be played on the lowest end PC's. Once again, I retried the files and they all look fine. Unfortunate, that it does not work for you. Sorry again.
Yes, it's very unfortunate. Because, I did open up your Youtube channel, which is amazing, btw, just great content, so, I did see you play couple of games and I did notice some of them were UE games and if those games run on your PC, I would be very surprised that this one does not, because Copper Cube 6 can run on a very low end PC, as I mentioned in the previous comments, because it has older rendering system, like one that Half Life games and early 2010s games had. Well, either way, thanks for checking it out and giving it a try. Cheers!
