Creepy little game, good atmosphere, made me wander for some time to find the rock but the end part was pretty stressful and the sound at the end made me jump haha

I played this as my second game in my 3 scary games video. It took me a long time to figure out what to do at fist and honestly almost gave up. but when things got rolling and I knew I was missing something it was great
Hello! Fervent has an amazing retro VHS-style and a great atmosphere. It’s not often that a game gets under my skin like this one did. I highly recommend it. It took me a bit to find the rock, but I’m slow so don’t let that deter you.
Pretty interesting game! I liked some of the eerie sounds and mysterious obelisks. A settings menu and maybe adding a scare in the middle would help. Having that loud sound effect when you beat the game was confusing. Also the Ghoul should probably be faster, maybe increased speed with each candle lit. Keep making games, I can't wait to play them Niven!

The game is a found footage experience, there isn't much of a menu needed, unless you want to change the sound, which you can decrease I guess. That sound effect in the end was the indication of the souls trapped in dolls, who escaped, I thought the note clearly said that. As for the ghoul's speed, yeah, it was super fast when the game was created originally so I had to dial down the speed, but I will make it faster next time. Best to you!

Creepy atmosphere with a simple but engaging story. Ending is slightly abrupt but it works in the uneasy-ness (game 2 in the video)
