Great game! I found it quite interesting, although I spent most of the time looking for the book (which was too well hidden). I also noticed a couple of bugs that didn't hinder my experience much but did make me laugh (the player loses stamina while standing still and holding the shift key, or accidentally climbing some trees, giving a good view of the map).
And I got a good scare with the deer, and also at the final part when all the candles were lit (the sound almost gave me a heart attack). Great job, Niven!

Short but not that bad at all! I guess the ghoul being super-fast is the ending? I tried getting away to no avail Lol. But overall, solid game with a solid premise. Made a video on it.

As always the game was great, finding that rock was a pain in the ass but I got there lol, the ominous stag gave me goosebumps though... the ghoul is incredibly fast, idk if your supposed to be able to finish it? but otherwise great game. There are a few aspects which I liked the most. Really liked the implementation of the VHS display, I feel like that adds a lot to the game. Also for some reason I am a fan of the blue background white text screens. Also liked the way you transitioned from the blue sacrificial ground to the red one, these small but noticeable dynamic events also add a lot to the game(for me at least).
One small bug(but quite insignificant): I could climb some trees, managed to do it one or two times haha.

Its not that I use your assets and genuinely enjoy playing with them, but also, you are very kind, generous and a great artist, so, yeah, this all is because of your hard work. Love it! I'd totally buy this developer a beer for all these wonderful games he makes but it wouldn't be cold anymore after it travels all the way across the ocean. That aside, really enjoyed this one. I ran through it twice before I realized it's not meant to be winnable and then I liked it even more lol
