A thousand thanks for checking this out, I deeply appreciate the feedback from another horror enthusiast. Hope to see your game soon as well. Best to you Rivend!
As always, thanks a lot for playing Daniel! Appreciate the feedback. Although, I could disagree a bit with your notes. Firstly, the main mechanic of the game is using the analog multimeter to find objects, so if I put an indication of a color changing crosshair or making it change size, what's the point of the sound signal, right? And, I already put the specific tasks list (which I don't do in my games) so the player can clearly see what they are doing, putting a count meter would "dumb down" the game, you know. I always expect players to be smart and exercise counting ability isn't really hard. So yeah. I will be looking forward to your video on the channel, because I follow you. Cheers!
My concern was more focused on preventing a RSI [click, click, click, click, click, etc.]
I have a head full of languages, stories, music, pictures, art, etc., so sometimes having less to remember is soothing to the mind. I hope you understand. See @ https://why-wait-until-tomorrow.jimdosite.com/
Hey Niven, great to see you diving into the world of SCP, and with a very unique one as well. I enjoyed it! As you know I am making my own SCP Game as well at the moment, and think I could find a home in my light containment area of site-19. Let me know if you are happy for me to put references in there and I will make it happen!
Overall, I think you did a great job here and would love to see more of these types of games honestly.
An absolute game changer - that's what your project is! Thanks a bunch for playing this. I'm glad you liked this, wasn't as complex as I originally intended, but they never come off like that. YES! I WOUDL BEG YOU to use any reference, whatever you want, it would be really awesome. Cheers!
Another wonderful game Niven! Took me a while to find the 5th item and to understand what the ending sequence wanted me to do but I was still able to get through this at a nice pace. Well done atmosphere, enough lore to keep me engaged and the scares that were there worked well. Very much worth the play!
Hey Niven, prime example of psychological horror here! Never would I have ever thought that something as normal as a lamp post could induce fear - yet it did. Great game, I am excited to see what is next!
The master of horror in the flesh, commenting on my game - can't be more happy mate! Thanks a bunch for playing. Glad that you found this amusing. Can't wait for your new projects too. Cheers 🍻

Thank you so much friend! Glad that you liked this. All the best to you and good luck with game development as well!
Hey Niven,
Gave the game a quick scan, 1st scene only [have to go to work].
Quick notes:
1) Show via the dot [color/size change] that you can pick up an item [although the beep helps]
2) show how many items you've collected [1/5, 2/5 etc.]
Will record and upload later. Will be on my youtube channel on Friday, 02 February, 2024, @ 06:00 JST.
As per usual, thanks for making such entertaining games!
Big THUMBS UP :o]
