This was a great little mystery game set up like a plot from an old horror flick. I liked the cemetery setup a lot, but when we discovered the killer's lair I was even more impressed! Very creepy stuff as usual from you Niven. The enemy AI was a little wonky, but this was still a delightfully scary experience. My No Commentary playthrough:

The AI was intentionally "random" - as it is supposed to be wondering and the player is supposed to be trying to just exit and find ways to avoid them. It has a unsettling atmosphere, a nice world design and kept me excited to whole time. Couldn't pick up the key on the desk tho. But enjoyed it anyway.

The conversation implies that you have to get the ladder first, because you can't jump in the vent naturally and then you have to get the keys. Hope that's the only issue. Best to you!

Niven knocks another ball out of the ballpark, with the release of 'Unseen Trace.' Want to visit your mom's grave...? Are you really, really sure?
A few remarks that have to do with aesthetics:
1) At the very beginning, you dump 3 sentences on the screen. Have you considered to do 1 at a time [fade in/out] and then onward to the next?
2) There seems to be a certain order in which to pick up [and dispose of] the crates. Any logical reason?
3) Triggering the ground keeper to chase you [fully] is a bit cumbersome [as you can see]
All in all, you've delivered another gem, and it's one of the reasons I'm following you. I hope others will follow suit.
Well done and kudos to you, good sir!
P.S. I've added some extra lighting [Adobe] to the underground scenes, as it was too dark for the audience to see anything properly.
